InitCap in SQL Server

Create a Scalar Function and paste this:

                         ELSE SUBSTRING(@InputString, @Index - 1, 1)

    IF @PrevChar IN (' ', ';', ':', '!', '?', ',', '.', '_', '-', '/', '&', '''', '(')

Once that is created, this is the way to use it:

SELECT dbo.InitCap(FirstName) AS FirstName, dbo.InitCap(LastName) AS LastName 
FROM Users 
Order by LastName

And that's it!
